He was highly communicative, punctual and professional - with a high standard for the end result. When he had almost finished my kitchen cabinets, I realized the color wasnâ t what I expected. He happily adjusted his schedule to re-do the cabinets in a color I liked better, and barely charged me more for the extra work. I provided all the paint for the project (by choice) and the paint I selected for the front door wasnâ t drying properly and caused the door to not look uniform in color. I didnâ t even notice, but Cristian said he wanted it to be perfect and wouldnâ t feel good leaving the door that way. He suggested a different paint and redid the door for me (at no extra cost). "Our 1923 Craftsman bungalow was in serious need of interior painting and we are so grateful that we found Michael Brandt Enterprises because this job required the professionalism and attention to detail that Michael provided. Michael spoke at length to us about his process and the types of paint needed, especially for our old wooden windows and trim. He encouraged us to meet with the color consultant at Dunn Edwards and to sample some of the warm neutrals we were considering. When we were stuck between a few colors, he patiently responded to our every question and made suggestions that were super helpful. According to other painters, our interior paint job was a challenging one as the condition of the walls and wood trim weren't great and there were furnishings in the home. If Michael found it challenging, he didn't show it. He and his sweet helper, Elmer the Dalmatian, worked long days and finished the job on time.
