"Rudy painted the entire exterior of my home, including the roof. The roof is standing-seam metal on a steep 8/12 pitch. I searched for six months for a contractor who could and would do the whole job. Everyone wanted to do the wood siding, porches, window and door of a 3800 square foot house, a sizable job. No one, including roofers wanted to do the roof. Rudy agreed to do it all at a reasonable price, and to do it the way I specified, I spent over 25 years as an active, developer, renovator, and builder in Washington DC. In order to paint the roof he had to apply a rust-eating primer, 2 coats within 20 minutes just to prepare the roof. The entire job was completed on time and to my complete satisfaction, I was so pleased that I had him paint my 2-story garage, and coat my rear deck. Rudy has since done excellent work on other jobs for me including: - Painted the exterior and the roof of a 2-story townhouse on Capitol Hill. - Painted the exterior window and door trim and concrete lintels of another 2-story townhouse, while carefully cutting in all the work around the natural brick fade.
