Outside trim: Admittingly, some of the old paint was chipping, but what we did not anticipate was that much of the wood had begun showing signs of rot (we own the house for 40 years). "Eddie patched two areas in the ceiling. You cannot tell. He identified additional areas that needed to be repaired (and stayed with the original estimate), carefully inserted the patches, applied multiple layers of joint compound and a layer of tape, patiently allowing the joint compound to dry between each layer, sanded and applied prime paint over the area. He was neat and cleaned up during and after the project was finished. He was honest in his appraisal and sincere in his desire that I be satisfied with the job. Highly recommend him."
