"Carpenters from Innovation removed on old pine porch and built a new cedar one. They designed it, and whenever "issues" popped up, they used creativity and imagination to resolve them successfully. The new porch is well-built, sturdy, and attractive. It should last for decades. A painter from Innovation stained the finished product with Australian Timber Oil, a semi-transparent stain that protects the cedar while also showcasing the wood grain. The whole project turned out great. Thanks for a job well done."

"We were looking around to have our unfinishment basement finished into an in-law suite. we asked around for about a month. there were a few people that had mentioned K&C Home Improvement to us. so we gave them a call, we told them what we wanted, and all the obstacles that they would need to work around, like the columns a staircase and obviously sewer pipes. I honestly thought that they would say it couldn't be done or didn't want the job. but nope they said they could do it. I was thinking where there was so much to work around that it would be a weird setup but nope it came out beyond what we envisioned . "Zackery is very thorough a conscious. I very been actively involved in all areas of the building/ mortgage etc. for decades, so I have seen a lot of work by seasoned professionals. Frankly, I wouldn't hire the majority of them. We had no idea what we had ahead of us since the house had just been painted. It was awful. There was several layers of wallpaper under the bad paint. He had to rip it all off mud 9pand sand sheetrock, patch holes, sand woodwork...and always left everything neater and cleaner that he found it. He is a good guy...he was very thoughtful about my allergies and disabilities. I can't wait to post pictures once every thing is done."
