"The Fresh Touch Custom Painting team arrived on time and worked in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. The team leader kept me apprised of their progress and alerted me to some additional repairs that needed to be addressed. My home was custom built in 1988. In those days oak was the wood of choice. The cabinet stained was exactly matched. Some work was done on site. Some drawers and cabinet doors were in such need of repair, they were done in their shop and reinstalled the next day. I can honestly say they looked better than the day they were first stained! All the staining mistakes made over 30 years ago were corrected with a circular sander. Since my home was last painted 11 years ago there was a slight variation in the color of the paint. This meant that the entire wall had to be painted after the water damage was repaired. The owner agreed to do this at his cost. Also the original builder did not properly stain my living room window seat. This was also sanded and stained at his cost. Lastly a kitchen cabinet door was missed and that was repaired and stained. The pricing for this project was fair as were the additional costs. The team carefully protected my possessions. My wife and I are seniors. The team would not let us lift anything. They cleaned up afterwards using our vacuum and even got down on their hands and knees picking up any remaining remnants of the job. Now only would I use them again and recommend them I wish I could give them 6 stars!"

"The quality of work by the sub contractor was excellent. The project management by Larry (owner) and Payton was also excellent. Larry or Payton were on-site many times throughout the day(s) and ensured the work was completed to our satisfaction. Larry was also very good at keeping me updated on the start date and how long the job would take to complete (4 days). It was a very large job with most of the downstairs walls and ceiling painted, most of the upstairs ceilings painted, but the most important and timely part of this job was they painted all of our baseboards, trim and doors white. This process was to lightly sand the stained wood, put on a primer coat and then 2 coats of semi-gloss white paint. This is a very time consuming process and took a lot of prep work. I was concerned as we just had new hardwood floors installed the week before the painting. They were awesome with all the prep work and no paint on my new wood floors. Very through clean up."

"This company did exterior paint/stain in white on our small deck & very long privacy fence (28 8 ft. sections); both sides. They did power wash it first, then applied 2 coats of exterior paint. We also hired them to paint/stain our rental's decks in back & front; both in black. This very efficient team did an outstanding job. Looks great!!!"
