"Overall, the final result was an excellent paint job that we are very happy with. Along the way, we had some difficulties. Painter 1 is a franchise that subcontracts with independent painters to do the work. Unfortunately, the painters contracted to do our job were less than adequate. Fortunately, Painter 1 stood by their guarantee and made sure the work was done right. They even went above and beyond. So while initially, we were not happy with the work, they were very professional, listened to our complaints and concerns, and took care of correcting the issue in a very timely manner."

"Vargas painting did an exceptional job. They explained the full process and timing when providing their estimate. They communicated at the beginning of each day what they expected to complete. At the end of each day they reviewed their progress and let us know when they would be back the next day. They attached all new hardware and adjusted the new hinges so every cabinet door fit perfectly. This team is friendly, polite and professional."
