"Very glad to have met Bob earlier this year (based on Angie's List reviews, in fact).  We have used him for multiple jobs at a rental house as well as our house, and have always been impressed by the quality of workmanship, service, and value.
First was a kitchen island retrofit that required some careful communication about details - no problem, expectations exceeded.
Then interior paint - a large room, a small room, and some touch-up - reasonable quote, prompt completion.
Then exterior paint at our house, coordinated with a gutter replacement (which we had someone else for), had to work around the onset of fall rain but got it done.  Also excellent quality work and completed with minimal disturbance to my stay-at-home family.  We were picky about prep (pressure wash and caulk) and it's refreshing to work with people who are flexible and show they want what is best for the house.
And finally a day of small jobs at a rental place, for which it was obvious that Bob could do a much better and faster job than I could.  (And yes, he did.)
Both Bob and his associate Banner exhibit a high standard of professionalism, do great work and are very easy to work with, and complete jobs within a reasonable timeline and budget.  Will gladly call again when next needed.
