"They really went out of their way fixing a hole in the ceiling. They patched the hole perfectly and painted, but the paint didn't match. So for only $30 extra they took a sample to the store, matched the paint, bought some paint, and re-did the painting! They are very fair and honest and did a great job for us. For sure will re hire."

"The last job went just as well as the previous 2 times we used Worry Free painters. Nick was great to deal with; he kept his word and gave us a very fair price. The painters did a terrific job. They made sure the surfaces were very smooth by taking their time to patch and sand before painting. They were polite and friendly. They did a very professional job and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. We used them 2 more times because of the terrific job they did the first time. All of the different painters were consistently professional. We unconditionally recommend Nick and Worry Free Painters as professional painters. We were very pleased with the results.

"I found consistently positive reviews and high ratings for Wilber's Painting. So, when I hired this company I had very very high expectations. They not only met those expectations, but they far exceeded them. Everyone from Danny (estimator/manger), to Melvin (project/team manager), to the hard working painting crew (consisting of Yimi, Donaldo and Victor) was courteous, professional and conscientious. The painting crew worked tirelessly (even through uncomfortably high temperatures). They meticulously, respectfully and quietly, prepped and painted the house and garage. They performed the highest quality and cleanest prepping, cutting and painting that I have witnessed. They protected the siding, windows, roofing, gutters and surrounding property, surfaces, plants and AC equipment. They thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the project. AND... Wilber's Painting quoted, and honored one of the most competitively priced estimates (with no additional cost overruns). I will definitely hire these hardworking professionals in the future. I rarely write reviews like this. However, I rarely find a contractor as good as Wilber's Painting!"

"I am absolutely over the moon with the phenomenal work Aymen did in my dressing room and it wasnâ  t easy. Due to years of water staining from poor ventilation from my adjacent bathroom, Aymen saw that the stains were still present when the paint started to dry. He made a couple of runs to Home Depot and successfully bought the walls to a pristine white! Aymen is a constant professional, trustworthy and reliable. The results were amazing and his workmanship is outstanding. His pricing is extremely good, he worked very clean and got the job done quickly considering all he went through to get it perfect. Iâ  m so excited and recommend his business to anyone looking for top notch service and stellar quality!"

"I have been very satisfied with the quality of the work. The house is sided with cedar shakes. The paint lasts about 9 to 10 years before requiring a recoat. (The trim lasts about half that interval.) Very little peeling occurs in that interval; the trim has always been the worst offender. The house is power washed in preparation. Primer is used as required. Spray equipment is used to apply the paint. The paint is applied evenly without any runs. Overspray is basically non-existent.
The workmen arrive when scheduled. Rich, the owner is there during the beginning of the job and periodically during the job. His foreman is there during the entire job.

You’ll need 1 gallon of paint per 350 square feet of coverage. Typical amounts per room size:
Small room (200-400 sq. ft.): 1 gallon.
Medium-sized (400-800 sq. ft.): 2-4 gallons.
Large (800-1,200 sq. ft.): 5-gallons or more.
Painters usually make $20 per hour on average or about $40,000 per year. Independent contractors might pocket a little more. However, they must charge for overhead, such as vehicles, equipment, insurance, marketing and association dues.
Specialty painting, like murals and trompe l’oeil, costs $40 to $50 per hour. Paint might range between $75 to $90. The professional’s skill and experience are also determining factors. While a freelance artist might charge $25 to $30 an hour, a very skilled professional might charge $80 or more. Some might also charge $60 or more for a consultation.
Trompe l'oeil creates a realistic image or optical illusion in three dimensions. Murals are composed on a wall of any size. These two projects vary in price, with a trompe l'oeil typically costing more because of its complexity. Both are considered specialty projects.
