"Jhefferson Rivera and his 7 person crew are amazing. Starting with the estimate, he came out and was very attentive to what we wanted and explained how he would achieve our desired results. The new shingles were dropped off a couple of weeks later. The day of the new roof his crew arrived at 6:15 AM and got right to work. First they protected all bushes and siding with large tarps, then five guys scraped off all the old shingles, while two women cleaned up all the debris. By 10:30 they were putting down the ice & water protector and the synthetic underlayment. When they started installing the new shingles it was like a well choreographed ballet, with each person knowing exactly what to do and doing it efficiently. This very polite, well trained crew had the new (40 square) roof completely installed by 7:00 PM, and had the entire yard cleaned up by 7:45 PM. The following day two of the guys returned to finish the ridge vent and the new flashing around the chimney. Then a day later the new gutters were installed. Jhefferson's wife Erika kept us informed at every step: from the contract, to the permit, to the inspection, to the shingle warrantee. Our town building inspector was very impressed by the quality of the job. We are extremely happy with the entire process, and highly recommend J&J Rivera Home Improvement for your new roof."
