"George was a nice guy, but his workers need more supervision. George and his wife did a great job cleaning up the oil from the paver driveway left behind by his employee truck. I had to provide a drip pan to prevent further oil on the landscape rocks where the worker parked next. Worker musy have felt it would be okay to leak oil on the decorative rocks. Masonry repair material left on landscaping, prep work was lacking (see photos of peeling paint left in place), and questionable powerwash (See cobbwebb in photo). Rocks & landscape were not pushed back. I was able to get workers to go back and scrape loose paint off and redo some areas, but I felt like I was doing the contractors job at that point. Fortunately my Spanish is good so we could communicate. White primer was showing through the top of the viga pole the worker said he had put two coats of paint on. Anyway, you be the judge from what you see "
