"Kenia and her team did a great job! I hired them to paint my shutters and my garage door, as well as to revarnish my front door. Kenia was easy to communicate with, regarding scheduling. They showed up on time, were very neat and precise in their paint job, and did beautiful work! Everything looks brand new! They finished on time and cleaned up the work area. "We had southend do 5 rooms. 2 offices , a master bedroom with a large trey ceiling, a large bathroom with a barrel ceiling and a large closet. They are efficient, clean, very polite and did exactly what I asked them to. Down to picking up our bed to move it instead of dragging it as others have done. It’s a very large king. The Owner Todd Cahill called and discussed some questions I had and Billy the estimator and Otto the job foreman also answered all my questions and left me no doubt as to what would be accomplished. "Mitchell came by looked over my painting project and gave a quote about 10 minutes later. Painting my eves, siding, trim, doors and foundation. Interior work to repair cracks in ceiling in 4 rooms and painting ceilings. House square footage of 1100 sq.ft. Cost was $4,264 and then with the Angi discount of 20%, final cost was $3,411. The Advance crew showed up Wednesday morning and was done Friday morning. Very neat and professional 3 man crew."

"Workers were competent, but did not clean up well, The original price and things promised; shingling repair over bay window and along side of garage were poor. Estimate (6750.00) and final bill (9575.00) was off by almost  3000.00. He did not remember the original estimate and had to point out to him that some of the work was not extra, but included in the original estimate. The discovered wood damage was not an issue and I had no problem paying for that repair, but given the repairs and cost, I could have had my entire house painted for what I was charged, my house was only painted in spot areas. He quoted 2000.00 per window for 2 replacements, which I declined. I received no updates on the price change, nor any discussion prior to receiving the final bill. As I said his workers are competent, but I did not like what he promised in customer service vs. what he delivered.

"Garth was great! We got a couple quotes that were all in line but he explained everything much better and made us feel more comfortable with the project. They were able to start within a week and completed the project in 5 days. They were very communicative and clean. They also suggested a couple upgrades during the process without changing the price of the agreed upon amount. Would 100% use them again! Project details: Had an 10' wall and a 6' bar removed, new floors installed in those areas and the entire rooms floors refinished. Walls and ceilings patched with drywall/wood columns (which turned out great and were a big upgrade) and paint matched in several areas."
