"Chris is fantastic to work with! I hired Royal to assist with fixing up my home to put it on the market. The scope was somewhat large, and involved a pressure washing project of 3 decks, stairs and a 5000 sq ft driveway, making repairs to decks, exterior siding, and removing a deteriorated deck. They painted the kitchen and bathroom and performed small projects as needed to get the home ready to sell. Chris is outstanding to work with. He was very focused on aligning with my goals and making sure I was a satisfied client. I would not hesitate to recommend him."

"What a pleasure it was to do business with this excellent worker, Dagan and Katarina Vragolic (spelling is probably wrong(. They were professional fron the start, provided me with a solid estimate. I didnâ t feel threatened, even tho I am a 74 yr old widow. English was not his first language, yet there was no problem w communication. His work was excelkent. I had a lot of deck repairs that were necessary and when finished l, he pressure washed the entire job. No messes left behind, and he was nothing but courteous.
