While repairing the roof, he also noted that our woodstove chimney was filled with creosote (highly flammable), which apparently hadn't been cleaned by the previous homeowners in years; Sean immediately took care of it that very day. We still have some minor repairs left in the house and will be hiring Sean to do them. Sean is now our go-to guy for any issue with our home that is beyond our level of expertise. He is really easy to get a hold of, responds immediately, and goes above and beyond."
