"I had recently acquired a new rental property that had a minor issue with the roof. The roof had a small leak and was a simple repair, but I noticed the soffit looked different near the leak then the rest of the soffit. I had called around and although Red's painting was not the cheapest their estimate included areas of damage the competitors didn't take into consideration. Keith's attention to detail not only showed his experience but is knowledge in his field. His observations defiantly saved me time and money in the long run."
