He painted my entire pool deck with a paint brush instead of a roller, and he completed the deck within the same day. He started at 6:00 am, worked 4+ hours, left to address another job, allowing the solid stain some time to penetrate into the wood; then, returned later that same day to apply the second coat. It has been approximately one week since Javier completed this job. The deck has dried beautifully. I would highly recommend Javier for his reliability, efficiency and cleanliness.
