"We hired Lance for a small tile job and kept him employed for over a calendar year. He is a perfectionist in every project we ever gave him to do. He is incredible at tile work, Sheetrock, mud, taping, lath and plaster repair, texturing, framing, flooring, millwork, concrete… the only thing he didn’t tackle for us was electrical and plumbing. He cleans up after himself, puts tools away, and leaves the space put back together. I kept him employed for so long and kept giving him work because he did such good work. He has become a friend to me and my family. I wish that I had unlimited money to keep him working all the time."

"They were quick and very efficient, both a plus in my eyes. They were much cheaper than another estimate & they did more painting than the first estimate would have done. (Cheaper by about 1/2). I was extremely pleased with their work.I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. I will recommend them if anyone asks me."

"7 Devils Painting is amazing! They responded immediately to any questions or concerns from the request for bid to the end of the project. Maintained their proposed schedule. The interior of my home is beautiful and I feel they went over and above what was expected."

"Pete repaired a section of metal fascia that the wind had blown off and shingles on our shop. He was very professional, even came out on a Sunday to do the job. Was quick and we are very appreciative of his services. Would recommend him highly! Thank You!"
You’ll need 1 gallon of paint per 350 square feet of coverage. Typical amounts per room size:
Small room (200-400 sq. ft.): 1 gallon.
Medium-sized (400-800 sq. ft.): 2-4 gallons.
Large (800-1,200 sq. ft.): 5-gallons or more.
Painters usually make $20 per hour on average or about $40,000 per year. Independent contractors might pocket a little more. However, they must charge for overhead, such as vehicles, equipment, insurance, marketing and association dues.
Specialty painting, like murals and trompe l’oeil, costs $40 to $50 per hour. Paint might range between $75 to $90. The professional’s skill and experience are also determining factors. While a freelance artist might charge $25 to $30 an hour, a very skilled professional might charge $80 or more. Some might also charge $60 or more for a consultation.
Trompe l'oeil creates a realistic image or optical illusion in three dimensions. Murals are composed on a wall of any size. These two projects vary in price, with a trompe l'oeil typically costing more because of its complexity. Both are considered specialty projects.
