"I have an 86 year old home I'm trying to sell. It had painted hardwood floors under paint that someone painted! What a crime! I had Tim come out and refinish all three of my bedrooms. Oh my goodness, once I saw the finished pro, I wished to God I had had Tim done my floors 8 years ago when I bought the home. He was fast, worked so hard to get the floors perfect. "I'm putting my home on the market and needed it to be painted quickly. It has rained continually here in northern California so finding a few days of dry weather was tricky. Sure enough as soon as the sun came out for 3 days, the painters where working. They painted my whole house and detached garage in about 2.5 days. They cleaned up all the painting trash nicely and were very personable. And, the price was great! I would like to highly recommend L & S Painting!"
