Comment: Living room - Walls and some trim needs painted. I have a large mirror I want removed patch/repair drywall and paint. Hallway - Walls painted. No repairs needed. Kitchen - ceilings has had patchwork done but needs sanded and maybe some additional work. One wall area needs its skim coat. One wall area needs drywall replaced. Then ceiling and walls painted. Front door - Sanded and painted. Other - A few other areas that have recently been painted and need touch up. P.S. If you are handy, I have additional work we can discuss. I will NOT do any form of "time and material" contract. Your estimate should be just that; a best estimate with what you can determine. If surprises happen we discuss way forward. If you do not have the time to do work then swipe left...lol. I am getting the impression noone in Louisa County actually needs or wants to work. Please do not waste my time and I will not waste yours.
