"Dario Valdes and his crew did a great job for a great price- a significantly lower price than bids from competitors. This was a difficult job - 3 story house, bevel cedar siding and shakes, steep roof covered in solar panels, multiple gables, 4 different colors. Dario and his team are pros - hard working, skilled, pay attention to detail, never cut corners, took care of the little things that make a difference, e.g. cleaning, surface prep, masking, drop cloths to protect surfaces. "We had the house chemically washed prior to listing it for sale. Good customer service provided by Ashley who kept us informed of any change in schedule. They worked for several hours and it looked to be complete. Fortunately I noticed that one deck had not been done before they left. They completed that upon request. "Dario and his team were great in every way. Dario was very responsive, always on time, and easy to work with. His crew arrived promptly each morning and worked until after dark. They were even here on Thanksgiving Day to finish up. They moved everything themselves (Some contractors required that we move absolutely everything.), they did the necessary carpentry/repair work as part of the job, and even stained the deck three times when unexpected rain damaged the finish. They painted inside and out and refinished our front door, which looks wonderful. Other contractors didn't seem to know what to do with the lead glass door. They matched all the paints, cleaned up after themselves, and were always polite and cheerful. They weren't the cheapest but, considering they included repair work and could do everything I asked, I believe they were the best. I would not hesitate to hire them again for the next painting project."
