Mark and his crew removed all of the sheetrock from the walls and ceiling and then replaced the sheetrock at a very reasonable price. All of the damaged material was hauled away. They very carefully removed all of the molding and reinstalled it, saving me a lot of money. He floated the sheetrock and then painted, matching the original colors.
