He worked at a steady pace with an apprentice to do the majority of the work -- framing, egress window install, drywall, multiple door install, closets, shower surround install, painting and flooring. What he couldn't do legally, he hired competent helpers: plumber, electrician, and HVAC. I would not hesitate to hire Luke. Showed up promptly at scheduled time, was sensitive to covid needs /masking offered if we wanted him to mask, painted and removed all supplies used. Could’t tell he had even been in the house, with the exception of perfectly painted walls. I can’t wait to have another reason to paint again, it was that painless.
