I had him doing work at my home while I was at work which was a big help to me as my husband passed away in the middle of these projects. "Lots of rain delays which caused havoc with his schedule. One employee was dismissed because his workmanship was sub par which put a kink in his schedule too. Tim was diligent in doing the job right the first time. Tim was the only contractor who had instruments that gauged the color of the exterior paint and moisture content of the deck. The paint matched exactly. Judging from my research on the web, his suggested paint has superior ratings. Overall I am well pleased with the quality of his workmanship and dogged determination in seeing the job was done right. He is also a good man and very pleasant in his demeanor.
