"I should have written this review long ago-but here I am looking for a roofer on Angies List and decided sing Neils praises as I found him on Angies List last yr. Very few painters paint kitchen cabinets but he does! Lucky you.:)
-He was responsive professional and did an excellent job . He was extremely neat and meticulous.  I was considering painting the cabinets myself but I wanted a quality job-and they look terrific 18 mos later-No nicks-easy to clean . He removed the doors and drawers-sanded them and painted them and then reinstalled everything with new hinges and hardware.  I wanted a little bit of a country look-and a lighter kitchen as the cabinets were solid dark wood -I debated over wall color for some time after the maple flooring and granite counters were installed and he was very patient-offering suggestions and trying out several swatches of color. He was very helpful through the entire process. The kitchen looks great -I would definitely hire Neil again-
You wont be sorry!

"Working with Mike at Affordable Painting & Repairs was overall a great experience. I hired him for two different jobs (drywall and building an enclosure with a new door), he completed each job far sooner than anticipated. He also did something many people in his position wouldn't consider... he lowered the price to more accurately reflect the hours each job took. I was also very impressed with his timeliness, every time he told me he would arrive or call at a given time he did. He also demonstrated a firm grasp of the skills needed for both jobs. "I purchased an older home and had a few rooms that needed painting. Chris was the one of many contractors that reached out to me. I looked at all of his great reviews and we set up an appointment for a quote. Chris was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I hired him and scheduled the job. Great communication in between and I gave him the paint colors for each room. On the day scheduled, two of his workers (who Chris identified for me) showed up on time. They were professional, friendly, respectful of my time, home and belongings. They had to move furniture to paint the walls and ceiling and cleaned up afterwards. It was a 2 day job and my bedroom, office and hallway look fantastic. The work they did was exemplary. No dabs of different color paint on the ceiling or along the baseboards. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I am happy that I chose Chris and his team and will be calling on him again for future projects."
