"We were set to sign with someone else. He did not update his offer for us to sign as he intended to do Friday night. Robert Braun contacted me on Saturday morning. He can come out that morning to give us an estimate. Although his estimate was the highest we got, he was knowledgeable about the products he used and what the other company was using. He got up on the roof, took pictures, and discovered some things that the other guy did not find. We signed his contract that day and he came out in 3 days to prep the work. Due to rain, we had to wait till Friday. Job completed that day. I would definitely recommend him for roof work. In fact, he earned 2 more referrals from our neighbors. We are considering to hire him for other work on our home like repainting our siding, and installing an new fence."

"I placed an inquiry for a roofing repair when I had an active water leak. William promptly contacted me and was able to come out the next day to evaluate the issue. He thoroughly explained in laymanâ s terms what was going on with my roof, siding, flashing, etc and what would need to be done in order to fix it. He also took the time to point out future things to pay attention to so that we can adequately address them in a timely manner. William was able to complete the work within a few days. Excellently priced and he never once tried to sell me work that didnâ t need done. Prior to my experience with William, I had several roofing companies come out for estimates regarding my repairs. One company tried to tell me I needed 2/3 of my roof replaced and quoted me over $10,000 worth of work - which I in fact did not need!
