"This was the second time I worked with Shecki and Jose. The first was painting the house exterior and it's still holding up well 5 years later. The second time was a re-staining of the deck. Work was done beautifully. Paint was neat, no streaks, carpentry was done well and we're very pleased with the end result. Pricing was a little high this time around. "This is an update for the review I left on their website a few months ago: After my 3-star review (I was generous) they sent two guys to fix their sloppy painting job. When they came, they were late for some other side-gig (from what I understood from their conversation) and were clearly not happy about it. My wife suggested that they use painter's tape for corners/molding they laughed and said that they are PROs and don't need it -- LOL. In short, they did a rush job, and the quality was...well, consistent with their effort. Now I'm reducing my review to 2-stars because of this (their customer service is still good :) The original review: "Great customer service initially, but sloppy job quality for the price. When I asked to come back and touch up the spots they left unfinished, the head of the painting team responded twice that he would get back to me and eventually just disappeared. I’ll finish it myself, but will not return as a customer. I’m attaching just a sample of the things that prompted me to write this review — it’s nothing major, but when spots like that are everywhere in the house, I can’t be satisfied with the job. In addition to that, they refused to take off the shoe molding prior to refinishing the floors, so now I have unfinished parts of the floor.""

"Matt Hartman is a “Magician with a brush” (and a trowel)! He just finished re-plastering and painting three floors of our 120 year old brownstone townhouse. The place looks fabulous and he completed the work on time, on budget and was minimally disruptive. He never made a mess even though he did extensive plaster work. He even came back to do touch-ups when a mover and a carpet layer damaged his work. This isn't the first time we've used Matthew. Several years ago a leaking shower caused significant damage to our parlor floor ceiling including plaster molding. He restored the ceiling and decorative molding completely On top of everything else, he's a really nice guy! I can't recommend him highly enough."

"Junior and his guys exceeded our expectations!  My husband and I could not be happier with their painting job of our bedroom.  We put off painting the bedroom because we thought that the price would be outrageous - it's a very large room with super high ceilings.  But we decided to shop around.  We had more than five painters come by to give us quotes.  When Junior showed up, we could tell that he was a pro but also easy going - how someone is when they are confident about their work.  We decided to go with him.  He confirmed the start date days in advance and showed up when he promised.  The work took exactly as long as he said it would.  It's not an easy room - height of ceilings, tons of white beams.  Not a speck of slate blue paint where it should not be and the room is as clean now as it was when they arrived.  They prepped the walls beautifully.  The painting around the white beams, ceiling and baseboards is perfect.  Did I say that we're super happy!  Thank you Junior and your team for being very reasonably priced, proficient, neat, courteous, and respectful.  I highly recommend All Painting Decoration Corp!  "
