"Fridholm Painting was highly recommended on the Nextdoor listserv by previous clients, so we scheduled a visit for an estimate for interior and exterior painting. John Fridholm personally came to provide the estimate within a few days, and he described what would be needed given what we were requesting (primer to cover murals, stain for cedar shingles). We decided to split the work into separate jobs - interior then exterior - given our budget, although we found his estimates to be very fair. Matt did the interior work - kitchen and bedroom. He arrived exactly on time each morning for the 2-day interior job. He was very professional, did a meticulous job, cleaned up thoroughly, and was super patient with my friendly but barking dog. I highly recommend Fridholm, and we will ABSOLUTELY have them back in the spring for the exterior work."

"Dede is extremely pleasant to work with - punctual, patient, and communicative. He got right back to me whenever I texted or called. He was also very flexible, because once I realized how competent he is, I added several smaller jobs onto the main one, which he did cheerfully and efficiently. He was able to match paint colors perfectly to what I already had for the various patch jobs. He actually got everything done even more quickly than he'd said he would. All of that said, the real reason I'd hire him again is that he paints with surgical precision - every corner, every edge, every tiny detail is almost comically perfect. One of the walls had a hole that was probably five inches wide and five inches deep, but Dede repaired it so meticulously that I can't even see where it was. His prices are very reasonable. I've been a homeowner for almost thirty years, and have tried many, many painters, none of whom have been nearly as skilled, organized and friendly as Dede is."

"We hired Buildpros to replace our entire roof and the siding on one side of our house that was damaged by hail. They did an outstanding job - they were professional, on time, and communicated very well with us. Kevin and his crew answered all of our questions and concerns and were very patient - including after hours for Kevin! In addition to the roof and siding, they were also accommodating with last minute additional work as they repaired some gutters and painted the trim on the front of our house. We had an extensive amount of work done to the exterior of our house this summer (patio, landscaping) and Buildpros took extra care to protect those areas. We had varied experiences with the multiple contractors that worked on our house this summer - our experience with Buildpros was far and above the most positive. We highly recommend them!!!"

"Francis was super knowledgeable and gave great advice. We had him in to repair about 25 holes which had been left behind after electrical work to put in overhead lights. The holes were in the ceiling and in the textured walls. He not only patched the holes well, but he matched the texture on the wall perfectly! While he was in, he gave us some advice and recommendations and ultimately we also asked him to skim coat the ceilings that we had removed popcorn from and he did a great job there as well. At the end of the work we asked him to do, he cleaned up and left the areas he was in cleaner than they were when he came in! We are seriously amazed by the quality of work at an affordable price completed by Francis and will definitely go to him if we have any other work we need done. Great work done by a really great guy, highly recommend!"

"This is great find on Home Advisors! Elite is a family business. Paul is the GC -- don't be concerned by his age, he's a young man, very polite and knows renovation and quality workmanship. He has a very high standard for his work and the work of his team. They arrived when they said they would and he always stayed in communication. He wants the customer to be happy. I enjoyed them each day they worked on my project which was a cedar deck with 8 years of stain and solid stain application mistakes. I had done my research on bringing such a deck back to its original glory. Paul was thoughtful, knowledgeable and I trusted his word that the deck would be beautiful again. He was correct!
