We received a very reasonable estimate, and were told that the work could not be done before winter, but they would do some temporary fixes to protect our home. Also, they guarantee all work as long as you stick to a 5 year repaint schedule. Preemo started the work on March 28th and finished on April 3rd. All of the people who worked at our home were very considerate of us working inside our home, and they were all very knowledgeable and professional. I m selling a house that was being rented for the last 5 years. They did a lot for me: replaced some rotting wood on and painted an entire garage: replaced, fixed and secured some wood on and stained a deck: painted the railings on the front porch: painted the wood below 5 storm windows: painted the wood between 3 storm windows that hadn t been removed in over 30 years and then put the windows back in place: they tested and ultimately replaced a GFCI outlet in the bathroom along with securing the vanity to the wall. All the work was done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend them and plan on using them in the future."
