"Rodriguez Paint and Finish came in and took a six year old paint job with a bunch of holes from different picture frame changes, peeling paint, incomplete patches, and two different colors as there was a decorative border and turned it into a dream room. I love dark colors and we got a accent wall with a dark color while the other color was a light paint, they complemented each perfectly. He was able to finish the job in a timely manner and provided us the extra paint for later touch ups(we have small children and things happen). I am very happy with the job and look forward to using the company for future projects."

"I contacted EE Painting to do some painting and stucco work following the installation of a new front porch. At the same time, Branden pointed out several additional areas that needed attention. I viewed this not as an effort to drum up extra business but out of a sincere interest to point out areas that, in time, would cause some deterioration of the home which had been in our family for 75 years. I appreciated these observations . All work was performed professionally and I was thrilled with the outcome. The workers were very helpful and cleaned up each day."

"I hired them to paint the front and side of the house. They did a good job on the side including stucco and most of the front. They did a poor job, not prepping hardly at all, my old front door, the main thing I told them I wanted to be done. They had to spend a whole day totally re-doing it and it was finally nice. What irked me the most is they poured the excess paint water onto my lawn and brickwork right near the front door! When I asked them to fix it, he did a poor job and the grass (about a foot square in the corner) will not grow back. I had pointed it out and the supervisor said it would be fixed. It was not. When I showed it to the worker when they were about to leave, he pushed the dirt around a little bit but it is still bad. I actually saw him clean the brushes onto the grass another place and the paint is still visible a few weeks later. I will also have to use paint thinner to clean the several bricks 6 feet from the front door that show the other paint water. The eventual job was nicely done after I would not accept the original work. Pouring paint water on my lawn and bricks was unacceptable. They were always prompt."
