All cracks were repaired and sealed, wood trim sanded, grills replaced, window edges sealed. Two coats of prime, two coats of high quality paint which Alex advised on. Painting was smooth, polished, deep and precise. Final walk through matched proposal and any other agreed along the way adjustments. Alex is trustworthy, friendly, honest, fair and has a can-do attitude. He adhered to the timeline and always kept us informed of progress or issues that needed to be addressed.
