    We hired Journey Builders after talking to many different roofing contractors. Many were awfully expensive but Mark, the Roofing Specialist who spoke with us, spent a lot of time letting us know what we needed and how we could go in stages at a reasonable price. That we didnâ t need to do everything all at once. We were in control, and he made us feel so comfortable with him and his company. We were able to talk about every part of the project and be involved in it. He called me every day with the updates and if there was anything going on. He was professional, kind, and courteous every time we spoke. He didnâ t make me feel like I didnâ t know what he was talking about. He explained everything and let me, and my mom asks as many questions as We wanted to, and never got upset with me or my mother. He was a gem. Mark fit right in as if he was part of the family. His team of builders and roofers were great and his sweetheart of a Plummer that explained to me what happened to my air conditioner was so amazing. Loved him so much. He did an amazing job. The warranty officer for the air conditioner said he did an exceptionally excellent job. The roofers were exceptionally clean and respectful. They cleaned up everything before they left every day. They never bothered us when they were here. I have nothing bad to say about them at all. We have plans to hire them for many more projects in the future. We can hardly wait. Hire them. You will love the results from beginning to end.

    Elvin was timely, pleasant and flexible when the start date had to be changed. He accommodated my requests and his crew did an excellent, high quality job including prepping and painting a lot of moulding that had been chipped and damaged and doing a thorough clean up. I will recommend him and hope to use his company again in future.
