"Hired Francisco to paint my one bedroom apartment, approx 950 sq ft. I didnâ t realize how bad my walls were until he walked me through the apartment and showed me what prep work he was going to do before starting to paint. He spackled and sanded the walls and filled any areas where settling gaps happened in the trim. Francisco assisted in choosing the colors and paint finish type that would look best and hold up over time. The work was completed quickly and looked amazing as well as giving the entire place a great facelift. Francisco left the apartment in pristine condition once he cleaned up and. Couldnâ t have asked for a more professional job and will be recommending him to everyone I know looking for any painting needs."

"I would highly recommend Mil's Painting and Construction. They were very professional and efficient both in communication and execution of the dry wall repair project in my home. I had areas of dry wall (in 2 separate rooms, each with different paint colors) cut out due to water damage/mold and replaced. They showed up on time, were flexible with my schedule and respectful of my home.
