"Roman is, above all, an honest businessman. I hired him to paint my garage. He showed me that the garage was falling apart with dry rot and that painting it would be a waste of money. He offered to tear it down in the future if I wanted to. Also, Roman and his workers were very friendly and at the same time very professional. I took photos of all the problem areas and they had to come back to fix it. When the lattice was reattached to the deck, a scrub brush enclosed under the deck. Found areas of red paint on blue."
