I received a detailed itemized estimate which none of the other companies I got estimates from did. The person who prepped my house was thorough to prevent over-spray and catch any drips. The stucco repairs came out much better than I thought they could and after painting it's very hard to tell where any repairs had been done. "Rodney at Mainecoast Painting was great to work with and kept us up to date throughout our project. They painted the ceilings and interior walls of a house where a smoker had lived and offered options to help remove the nicotine smell. They added some scents to the primer and also rented an ozone machine too and ran it in the evenings as they left. After doing all of that and painting the walls the nicotine smell has gone away!!!
