This was much more than a simple staining project. The house had to be power washed, sanded by hand and cedar boards replaced as needed before the staining could begin. John Cyr and his team excelled in every area. John expressed enthusiasm and confidence to take on the project and was always quick to respond to my calls and emails. His talented team, led by Ernie, was always professional, courteous, tidy, accommodating and paid attention to detail, even making sure to stain the mailbox post at the end of the driveway to match the house. Everyone was always patient with my questions and requests, which I appreciated and my house looks brand new. The project was completed within budget and on time, actually a little early. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them."

"The Cordova Painting crew was excellent! They are VERY professional and meticulous when it comes to cleanliness. We had our entire first floor interior painted including a two story foyer and great room. Cordova Painting came each day on time and ready to work. The painting and drywall results are fantastic!! They completed the job in just over 3 and half weeks and were very reasonably priced. What impressed us as well was that at the end of each day, they vacuumed and mopped our hardwood floors to clean up any dust they may have created that day. Incredible results due to their meticulous attention to detail. HIGHLY recommend Pedro and his crew!!"
