"Guaranteed Renovations is will give you a prompt and professional experience! They are extremely knowledgeable, honest and pleasant to work with. We have a metal roof that is only 4 years old that had paint peeling off everywhere. They instantly recognized that primer had not been applied and that the wrong paint for metal was used. "As a retired home improvement contractor, I was very impressed with the quality of work, the cut in was amazing, have not found a drop of paint anywhere, called the wife a few times to confirm color suggestions and ideas, also sent pics to her. They spackled all nail holes, used high-quality paint, moved appliances as needed and did everything and more than we agreed upon. We were living in Chicago area while this was all happening, a rather risky move by the wife but it turned out awesome.
