Comment: I little more than half of the outside of our house uses hardy plank, which needs to be painted. Trimm around the windows and eves uses cedar planking. Some cedar planks around the windows will need replacement (rotting). In areas where hardy planks butt up against the cedar planking, old caulk needs to be scraped and seams need to be re-caulked. We are looking to also go with a different color scheme thus we are looking for someone that can advise on what color scheme to fit best. Windows are aluminum clad on the outside and will likely need to be painted also.
