"We are beyond thrilled with our experience. Not only was he prompt and responsive, but the quality of work is top notch. We have already recommended him to multiple family and friends!"

"5 star and he restored my 140 year old house to its original glory. And workmanship was excellent. Job well done above and beyond expectations."

"YES. I Hired Them. From the start they were upfront and transparent with me about my project. I am more than satisfied! They went far above my expectations. They weren't cheap! But my experience was all worth every penny. There were others cheaper. I made that mistake in the past and didn't call them then. Lesson learned! Civil Lining is now on my speed dial. Im just so impressed they're professionalism integrity. That's rare today. Guys keep up the good work."

"I spoke to William Wells. I honestly can say he is such a respectful and honest man. I had multiple companies come out and give me estimates but when I got ahold of Louisiana State Construction William put me at ease and came out and gave me a estimate on my roof which is a metal roof and he went through everything with me and just by the way he was so respectful and honest I had to go with him the price was just great as well! Thank you William"
