"The owner/salesman was very thorough and professional but we never saw him or heard from him again after signing the contract. There were delays in starting the job, which were never properly explained, and the job took twiice as long as planned. Communication throughout was very poor. However, the quality of the work was topnotch. I was having a very old building painted in the interior and the painters did a super job of patching and repairing the walls and ceilings before painitn. They did not do so good a job at protecting my furniture and floors or at cleaning up afterwards. Overall, the quality of work outweighed the negative features."
