"I had a great experience, and highly recommend Robbie Lee Construction to anyone looking for reliable home improvement company. The general contractor Robbie Lee was an incredibly professional, honest, and straight forward person to getting the job done with pride in what he dose. No matter how big or small the project, their team, especially the deck building crew dedication, and workmanship has given me a sense of confidence from the very beginning on the project. The construction lasted for 3 months due to unexpected problems I found in my house during construction were going on. Robbie helped me with house insurance claim, and came up with solutions for every issues, the renovation was completed on timely manner, and the end result totally exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with all the work they did including a brand new deck and front porch with roof extensions and gutters, which includes redoing all of the roof shingles, even going so far as to replace the shutters on my windows to match. They were also very capable at renovating much of my basement, from the walls and ceiling to even some small plumbing changes, even painting and completely redoing my stairwell leading to my basement. They skillfully installed a pair of new garage doors and mended some foundation cracks quickly and with little disruption to my day to day, even installing a new mailbox at my sudden request with no issues. Any future projects that I have I will happily, leave to Robbie and his crew with no worries as to the speed, or quality of his and his guys work. It was an absolute pleasure to working with Robbie, and am truly grateful for his thoughtfulness."

"Bebout That Paint did a fantastic job painting my garage and house foundation. Trey was totally professional and always replied promptly. He understood what I needed to pressure wash and paint my metal garage, including the metal roof. I needed something special to paint over the black waterproof coating on my house foundation, and he took care of it. He worked with me on getting just the right paint colors for my garage to match my house. His dependable, hard working crew, Terry & Roxanna, did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier."

You have many options when it comes to hiring a professional painting contractor. Some people like to base this decision on price alone and hire whoever will do the work the cheapest, they sacrafice quality for a low price.\nOthers sometimes overpay for the quality they recieve, in other words they pay for more then they actually get in return.\nI started In Demand Painting with a lofty goal, I wanted my company to live up to it's name. I wanted to provide customers with the very best work around for a fair price, and in return I wanted to become their painting contractor of choice.\n\nI want my customers to understand that their home is normally the biggest investment they will ever make, and that a poor paint job not only looks bad but can actually damage their home. Unprotected surfaces can rot and fail, causing sometimes thousands of dollars worth of repairs. High quality paints and coatings applied in a proper manner can help prevent these types of damage, but many contractors skimp in these areas. They either use inferior or watered down products or they apply them in a manner which doesn't allow the product to perform properly.\nI take great pride in know that all paints and coatings applied by In Demand Painting meet or exceed the manufacturers specifications. This not only allows the paint and coatings to look their very best and to properly protect the surfaces they are applied to, but also makes the paint manufacturers warranty valid in case an issue should ever arise.\n\nI believe that every job no matter how big or how small is a direct reflection on my company. I believe that with every stroke of a paint brush I am showing the world just how much skill I posess as a painter and how much pride I take in my work.\n\nI believe strongly that if you give a customer a valuable service at a fair price that not only will they call you themselves when they have a project, but that they will also tell their friends and family about the great service and value they recieved. This is how In Demand Painting lives up to its name, and this is what makes us great.\n\nIn Demand Painting offers a full line of services, the same as most of our competitors, only we do them better.
Most homeowners opt for semi-gloss or high-gloss paint to make the baseboards stand out against the walls. If you’d rather keep things subtle, matching the wall sheen with eggshell or satin also works well. When your trim has nicks or dents, reach for a flatter, matte finish—it hides minor imperfections better than a shiny coat.
Stripping old paint from trim costs $1 to $3 per linear foot. Pros use specialized tools and techniques to lift away existing layers without gouging the wood, then prep the surface for a fresh finish. While it adds to your budget, proper removal protects the molding and sets the stage for a smoother, longer-lasting paint job.
Tackling the baseboards first often leads to crisper lines. Painting trim first lets you tape off the boards instead of the walls, so you’re less likely to splatter color where you don’t want it. Any stray marks on the wall get covered when you roll on the final coat, making the whole process faster and tidier.
You can absolutely paint baseboards in place. Leaving them installed avoids the risk of cracking or misaligning the boards when they’re reattached. With thorough cleaning, light sanding, and careful taping, a pro—or an experienced DIYer—can achieve a sharp, factory-smooth finish while saving you the hassle of prying off and reinstalling trim.
Painting almost always beats replacement in cost. Swapping out baseboards runs about $150 in DIY materials or roughly $1,100 with a pro, while repainting costs about $50 in supplies and $1 to $5 per square foot for labor. Unless the boards are warped or severely damaged, a fresh coat delivers the same visual upgrade for a fraction of the price.
Paintable caulk and wood filler are the go-to fixes for nail holes in baseboards. Wood filler sands flush for a glass-smooth surface, while caulk provides a flexible seal that won’t crack as the house settles. Either way, patching those tiny divots before you prime ensures your finished baseboards look seamless.
