"Well, what does one say when a diamond is found. As far as painting professional, Joe Asaro is that diamond. Several years ago, Joe painted by our stucco and wood trim on the entire home. The paint has held up incredibly on the stucco walls and wood fascia and I have not even considered touch up painting if it was not for the replacement tile roof installed a short time ago. With the tile installation, the new trim rake tiles where installed exposing more wood than before and therefore, Joe's services were necessary again. As always, Joe met me at my home, walked the site with me and promptly sent to my email his proposal and as prior, the price was very reasonable, especially for the workmanship that Joe provides. Joe is hard working and honest and the quality of work provided is proven by the lasting of time. "We are very happy with our experience with Ron Rice Painting and Consulting. Our exterior stairs needed to be painted. Ron took the time to listen to what we wanted. He considered if what we wanted would work with the style and color of our home and used his years of professional experience to steer us toward a color. He painted three samples of the color family which we mulled on for a week or so before we selected the one that ended up on our exterior stairs. While we were considering paint, Ron advised us to use stain instead of paint to avoid wood rot in the future. The painter arrived on time and did a terrific job. He painted the railing leading up to the stairs for a cohesive look. The painter also took care of a few miscellaneous posts that needed to be painted. Ron suggested a fantastic color for our security screen that complimented the exterior stairs as well as the overall look of our home. In fact, we liked it so much that we painted three other doors the same color. We are very pleased with our overall experience.
