"Homan Painting is a two-man operation. Jim and his brother gave us a reasonable bid and so we hired them. They were professional and reliable. They prepped the house by power washing and doing some scraping. They don't scrape old paint as much as other companies I have seen a worked with. Instead they scrape some and then use a product that adheres to the old paint and walls and is supposed to keep the new paint from flaking off. Fingers crossed this will work. It took about 10 days from start to finish. They did a good job and were pleasant to work with."

OUR HOSE EXTERIOR WAS A MESS.  WE HAD BEEN VICTIMS OF SLOPPY BUILDER CONSTRUCTION AND A PROMISE THAT 2 COATS OF PAINT WERE USED WHEN THE HOME WAS CONSTRUCTED.  AS OUR HOME IS ONLY 10 YEARS OLD THIS WAS NOT AN EXPENSE WE WERE ANTICIPATING.

I RECIVED 2 BIDS BEFORE HIRING A CONTRACTOR.  I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH JUAN FROM THE START.  HIS COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT VIA EMAIL AND PHONE FROM START TO FINSISH.  JAUN CAME OUT AT A TIME THAT WAS CONVIENIANT FOR BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I AND WALKED THROUGH ALL ASPECT OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO ASSURE A GREAT PAINT JOB.

OUR PROJECT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE 2ND WEEK OF JULY.  THE TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE MID 90'S ALL WEEK YET JUAN, HIS SON AND HELPER WORKED NON-STOP, FINISHING RIGHT ON TIME.  IN ADDITION TO PAINTING, THERE WAS MUCH ATTENTION GIVEN TO DETAILS LIKE SCRAPPING, PRIMING AND CAULKING.
