"I can never say enough good things about Aziz and his crew from USA Paint Master LLC. My walls had not been painted for a long time, and with cats roaming around the house, you can imagine what some of the walls looked like. Well, they look brand new now. This crew knows what they are doing from preparing the walls to painting the walls, to cleaning up after themselves, to putting the furniture back. They are extremely hard workers taking only one break from 9 am to 8 pm. If I ever want painting done at my house again, I will call Aziz not only for the efficiency of his crew, but also because he is such a kind, caring man, such a gentleman."

"BM Custodio Painting and Construction did a fantastic job painting our 5000+ sq ft home from top to bottom!! We did our due diligence and met with several contractors on the same day to obtain quotes for our large painting project. First impressions were that Luis' company would be our top pick given he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with during our initial meeting.  Before deciding, we gathered all our quotes- BM Custodio sent their estimate back first- and we were pleasantly surprised that his price came in less than the other quotes we received. We contracted them to perform numerous drywall repairs and paint all 3 floors of our home to include ceilings, trim, walls, coffered ceilings, and doors in their entirety!! This was a big undertaking and they did a super job!! "We are 100% satisfied and happy with the work of Prince Roofing on our home. They scraped, cleaned, and painted our box gutters and also repaired other issues on the roof. We have lived in our 100+ year-old home for 46 years and have had much experience with contractors in general and roofers in particular. Prince Roofing is right up there with the best contractors we have had. We knew that the box gutters of our home were overdue to be painted, and we had also observed a leak in one corner of the gutters. As part of estimating the job, a complete inspection of the roof was done; and we were provided with photos of each problem or potential problem areas. This included not only the gutters but flashing around chimney, loose roof tiles, and raised seems on ridging. This was very helpful for us to see and understand the additional work needed besides the painting of the gutters. We also had Prince include the cleaning of our standing-seem metal roofs we have over parts of our house. We discussed in detail the work to be done. Mr. Prince was very clear as to exactly what was needed and the work to be completed. This included an itemized estimated of the labor and supplies. Besides the great work, Prince and workers are also very friendly, neat (no mess around the house afterwards), and detailed oriented. I am happy we had Prince Roofing do the job!"

"Initially hired Tim's firm to replace deck flooring, rails and stairs. His crew did a good job and we were satisfied. Tim & Amy inspected the work and found some issues that he wasn't satisfied with. He fixed the issues to his satisfaction, which exceeded our expectations, and did so voluntarily at no extra cost. Se were so pleased with Tim's professionalism that we had him do more projects. One crew came to repair drywall and prep several areas for painting. Another crew did the painting of 2 bedrooms, laundry room, basement ceiling, front door and garage. We were having flooring installed by another company at the same time. They found water and termite damage near our front door, and couldn't complete the flooring until it was repaired. I called Tim in a panic and explained the problem. He and Amy came the same day and worked until 9:30 pm to repair the problem so the installers could complete their work on schedule. Tim & Amy also did repairs to a crawl space. Tim & his crews are professional, thorough and efficient. Tim follows up and inspects every project to assure that we are completely satisfied. We have more projects scheduled based on the excellent work done so far. If I could award more than 5 stars, I would."
