They showed up on time and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. On top of that, there was a problem with some wood door frames that had had cracking paint. Carlos' crew painted them and had the same problem. Carlos came out himself and scraped and sanded the frames BY HAND, and painted them again, correctly. Many painters were not open to both the wood repairs and the painting project, and Anthony was confident in the solutions he recommended and willing to stand by a firm quote. They completed the prep, painting, and the complex wood repairs well. They replaced a large section of siding, which was the most economical and best solution for the areas of deteriorated siding, and left the home looking great. They replaced part of one window sill on an older window, a whole area of siding, and trim and fascia on my porch. Upon removal of the rotted fascia, they found another rotted wood behind, and were able to fix that as well at a reasonable cost. The painting prep and painting was done with attention to detail. They also made a point to leave me with extra paint in case I needed in the future. From the initial quote, to the scheduling, to the completion of the job, they were organized, on time, and delivered on their commitments. Trustworthy, expert work throughout."

"I contacted High Quality Painting LLC to repaint my fence after severely neglecting it for many years. Most of the paint was already stripped or peeling away, and had been for years, so there was significant damage to the wood as well. They were very confident about identifying the damaged boards and replacing them as well. When they got started, they found quite a few more damaged boards, and ultimately replaced more than what was quoted at no charge. They also recommended I get the fence stained instead of repainted, which is something I had not considered, and am very glad they pointed me in that direction because I think it will help prevent many of the problems I had in the future and be much easier to maintain. The workers were professional and willing to show up on incredibly hot days in between the rainy days to get the work done. I brought up another issue with the gate of the fence rubbing when opened, and that was also fixed at no charge which I appreciated."

We received a very reasonable estimate, and were told that the work could not be done before winter, but they would do some temporary fixes to protect our home. Also, they guarantee all work as long as you stick to a 5 year repaint schedule. Preemo started the work on March 28th and finished on April 3rd. All of the people who worked at our home were very considerate of us working inside our home, and they were all very knowledgeable and professional. The work they did was fantastic, and we are extremely happy with the results. Every area was repaired, including newly discovered problems we did not know about in the fall.
