"Brian and his team were great. Not only did they do a great job painting, but Brian had us leave all furniture in place and his team moved it to paint and moved it back in place before we got home. Extremely helpful for those of us that don't have time to be rearranging furniture morning and night. They also assisted determining where some stains were coming from by removing drywall and replacing it, in an awkward area of the ceiling. They repaired and looked like new. "Erivan has done a lot of painting over the years for our triple decker - exterior and interior. This summer he painted our rental unit and as usual did a wonderful job - he shows up on time, is very neat, and does a very professional job. He also just power washed and stained our first floor porch, painted some new window trims that we'd just had replaced, and also repainted some of the trim around the porch even though we hadn't asked him to do so. It looks great! Erivan takes great pride in his work and we always feel like he's taking care of our home as if it is his own. He is also a very warm and friendly person."

The K-rod painters were all extremely professional, arriving on time every day and leaving after a long day's work. They cleaned up after themselves each day, putting their materials away neatly and vacuuming away dust and debris. As each room was started, the team made sure to cover the floors, windows and door openings etc. in order to minimize dust and prevent spills etc. Each room was then properly sanded, caulked and prepared. The team then painted ceilings and trim by hand before moving to the wall colors. Several coats of excellent paint were applied, before final touch-ups were made.

The team also stained the ceiling of my portico, and the newly installed stair rails and stair trim. During the staining process, I expressed some concern about the color of the stain (which my GC had selected). I thought it was coming out too dark. The K-rod manager changed his clothes and took over the job personally. He sanded and refinished the rails and treads to my satisfaction without a word of complaint.

Now that the job is completed, I am extremely pleased with the results. Their work is excellent, and they are a professional and courteous team. I will use them again and I have no hesitations about recommending them to anyone...
