"This was the second time I worked with Shecki and Jose. The first was painting the house exterior and it's still holding up well 5 years later. The second time was a re-staining of the deck. Work was done beautifully. Paint was neat, no streaks, carpentry was done well and we're very pleased with the end result. Pricing was a little high this time around. "Matt and his team were excellent. We had a big job for them to do which included the entire exterior to our two-story 90+ year-old home. The house definitely needed an overall refresher. It hadn't been painted in many years. The job was done on schedule and as estimated. Matt was easy to communicate with, and we felt he and his team wanted to do the best job possible. They were always professional and over the course of the job (which included full washing, scraping, and painting) we always were happy to have them on our property, which they kept in good order."

You know you hired the right company when there is a miscommunication but the company and Nelson corrected it. I had asked to have the fascia board and gutters painted as these are white aluminon and were greatly weathered. These were not painted and I was not present on the last day. I subsequently informed Precision and Nelson that these were not completed. Nelson and Precision responded and he came back a few days later and corrected the situation.
