"Very happy with the work done by Cormorant Contracting and Color World Painting. The project started out as a simple painting job, but ended up as a new roof, new skylights, repair/replace wood on the exterior, power washing the vinyl siding, replacing the shutters and window boxes, and painting of the exterior. They are excellent at listening to what we wanted as well as the timing of the project and when they would be working at the house. The owner, Waris, made sure the work was done correctly and well. The cost was quite reasonable for the work done."
