"I have been very satisfied with the quality of the work. The house is sided with cedar shakes. The paint lasts about 9 to 10 years before requiring a recoat. (The trim lasts about half that interval.) Very little peeling occurs in that interval; the trim has always been the worst offender. The house is power washed in preparation. Primer is used as required. Spray equipment is used to apply the paint. The paint is applied evenly without any runs. Overspray is basically non-existent.
The workmen arrive when scheduled. Rich, the owner is there during the beginning of the job and periodically during the job. His foreman is there during the entire job.

"He was very prompt and extremely polite and quiet. I was working form home while he painted and he didn't disturb me at all. I only have two complaints. He used outdoor primer in my kitchen, which smelled very bad and aggravated my asthma. Also, he didn't tape his edges, which led to a few slightly messy spots. All in all, he did a nice job and smoothed out the walls beautifully after all the damage from removing improperly installed wallpaper. I would hire him again, but I'd provide my own primer and ask him to tape crucial areas for neatness."

"Tomas was very professional, neat and showed up on time! He is the owner and the person who does the work. He did a great job spackling our walls as there was quite a bit of water damage. You cannot tell where he spackled now that it is painted. He paid a lot of attention to detail. He removed a motion detector, light switches and put everything back prior to leaving. I would highly recommend him for his work and his pleasant demeanor."
