"John Parker is great to work with. He told me on the phone that he lost his painter and so we wouldn't be able to do the painting and wallpaper job that I asked him about. But he was willing to look at another job I needed him to do. He replaced the power roof fan and noticed the wiring that was done previously was faulty and dangerous. He replaced it and only charge me for the extra materials, no additional labor."
