"Five Star Painting provided terrific customer service and was extremely great to work with. Due to many unfortunate circumstances, we needed this job to be started and completed in a time-sensitive fashion (started within 7 days). Multiple companies scoffed at our time frame, saying that they could not start and finish a project so quickly. Finally, I found Five Star Painting. Bob at Five Star Painting informed me that he would be able to make an exception due to our situation, despite the current typical start time of 14 days. He made the necessary accommodations and completed the work quickly and at the time that we agreed. The only downside was that the initial paint job was not as clean as I had hoped, with some paint splatters (spots) on the door and window frames and moldings. I called Bob to express my dismay, and he quickly rectified the situation in a timely fashion. He drove to our home and made sure that all the blemishes were corrected and the paint job was truly pristine! It's easy to see that Bob runs a business where customer satisfaction is the top priority. I contacted him whenever I needed; never did I spend hours or days waiting for a reply. Communication was rapid and painless. He followed through on every agreement and commitment he made. Although the work was not perfect initially, he was quick to make amends and see that we were 100% satisfied. I recommend Five Star Painting to all my friends and family looking for professional painters who care about providing high-quality service and truly care about their customers."

"Tim arrived on time every day and was able to finish the job in 5 working days. In addition to the painting, this included all the jobs mentioned under "Work That Was Done". All the closed doors were replaced, the pine wall was removed and you cannot tell by looking that the kitchen walls had been repaired. At the end of the job, everything was cleaned up and waste was placed at the curbside for pickup by my local trash company. His price was not the lowest or the highest but I am completely satisfied with the final job and have recommended him to some friends one of which has already hired him. I would hire him again without reservation."

"My husband and I hired Edy’s Quality Painting to paint the entire interior of our home. We chose them after reaching out to multiple companies because their pricing was reasonable and customer service impeccable. Rich, the person responsible for organizing Edy’s schedule was the first person to get back to us and the only person to explain in detail what we could expect if we hired them. Rich is also so personable; I felt like I was talking to an uncle every time I spoke to him. Once we hired them, it was evident that Edy is a true artist who takes pride in his work. Edy is also very considerate; he made a special trip back to paint our floor molding, as he knew we were getting our floors refinished. We were so happy with their service we hired Edy to come back and paint our stair railing. Even then, he made a special trip to finish the railing to ensure the weather permitted proper drying. "Eddie and his crew did a great job on our full master bath remodel. We had it completely gutted and everything redone. I recommend them not only for the quality of work, but for the small things which set them apart from other contractors. The whole crew and all his subs worked extremely clean, they covered everything and cleaned up each day. All the workers were extremely nice and very respectful to us and our home and considerate to the fact we had a toddler running around. They have excellent attention to detail and did not cut any corners. Eddie gave us a lot of ideas through the whole process. We even had a snag at the very end with the tub fauceti bought not fitting, I was even willing to buy a new one to avoid any delays but Eddie and his plumber saw it through to the very end. The only critique I have is the communication was a little last minute sometimes. We wouldn't always know if they were working the next day until late the night before. Regardless I will be calling them for my next project and recommend you do also."
