"I needed exterior of my front two units of a triplex I own painted. They are craftsman bungalos with shingle siding and needed a lot of prep. I ended up deciding to do a 3-tone paint scheme, which required more work. James was very nice and responsive and ended up sending his big crew. I was a little skeptical at first, because his quote was considerably lower than other quotes I've gotten. However, he described a very thorough job, so I went with him. His crew was originally postponed because of another job, but when rescheduled his crew was a punctual, well-oiled machine. These guys didn't mess around. They were very careful about communicating with me throughout the job, so no mistakes were made and they checked with me to make sure I was satisfied before they left. "I am finally leaving this review because I need to contact John to hire him for another job and I want him and everybody to know how great his company is work with. He is super pro! He came out right away. Gave me a fair estimate and told me exactly how we could get the work done with my limited budget. Then his team started and completed the job twice as fast as any of the other estimates while at the same time being totally detailed oriented and careful not to get paint on my fancy furniture or hardwood floors. Whenever we/they were confused about the paint or process and John was offsite, we called him and he dealt with it immediately. After it was done, I complained that the paint was too thin because I hung a painting and some paint came off the wall. He told me it was because it needed more time to dry because the weather was damp. Well he was right! Fast-forward two years later and I could not be more happier with the painting of my house and now I need to call him to paint my guest house!"
