My trees have been neglected for some time so it is pretty bad, but Brad very carefully outlined my options and gave me a good idea of the price. When the first crew came out they did not perform the work Brad and I had discussed, but by the time I called him about it, he had already scheduled the crew to come back and "finish the job."
